I offer four services: One to One Training at TLS Wellbeing, Online Training, Small Group Training (max 4 per session), and a 4 Week Programme. These services are available to anyone who is looking to take the next step in improving their personal health and fitness, and are ready for a challenge.

I understand the importance of creating a support network when planning to achieve health and fitness goals. A fitness session with friends, family, or colleagues can be motivating for all involved. It can also make it more cost effective for your budget. Whether there is a collective goal for the group or individual goals for one or more within the group, small group sessions can be arranged at a location and time of your groups choice. 

Small groups are limited to four members; allowing each member of the group to get personal attention during the session. We are all different, so each session will be bespoke to your group’s individual needs. I will look to incorporate a balance of each of the members’ training preferences, abilities and goals, while keeping the session challenging for all.
