Online sessions are tailored just for you! Each personalized fitness session will be held at a time of your choice over Zoom. I will plan all your sessions with you in mind, based on your health, fitness, and training goals.Whether you have a full gym at home or no equipment at all there’s nothing holding you back.
I know that trying to fit a fitness session in can be hard in everyday life, so lets make it a lot more convenient and go online! Whether you are an earlier bird or prefer an evening session, I have a time that can work for you.
The duration of each training session will be 45-50 minutes and will include an appropriate warm up and cool down. If time is a limiting factor, we can discuss a length that suits you best!
