Choosing a Marathon Hero Programme
21 Week or 38 Week
Deciding to run a marathon is a huge commitment. Your running experience, fitness, lifestyle and time frame to your race should all play a massive part in selecting your programme.
My 21 week and 38 week programmes both offer the same simple comprehensive guide with all the information you’ll need but just on different time scales.
Each programme includes 4 running sessions per week along with strength, cross training and rest days. They are also packed with lots of useful information and advice to help you be successful in your training.
