I offer four services: One to One Training at TLS Wellbeing, Online Training, Small Group Training (max 4 per session), and Programme Planning. These services are available to anyone who is looking to take the next step in improving their personal health and fitness, and are ready for a challenge.

Whether you are looking for a new challenge, additional sessions to go along with your personal training, a bit of structure to your monthly workout programme or you are coming back to training after some time away I have a training programme for you. Each programme will look to improve your strength and fitness. The Programmes are simple to follow and easy to manage.

Programmes are 2-4 sessions per week and are 6, 8, or 12 week long. The programmes are sent via an online app. There are video links for every exercise and a box to record your weights. Depending on your goals, programmes are made up of upper, lower and core strength work and if you should choose a mix of conditioning exercises.
