Whether you are looking for a new challenge, additional sessions to go along with your personal training, a bit of structure to your monthly workout programme or you are coming back to training after some time a way I have a training programme for you.
Programme Plans are:
6-12 weeks in length
2-4 sessions per week depending on your goal and schedule
Strength or Strength and Conditioning based
Simple, video guided exercises to make your workout stress free
Pre-determined reps, sets, and rest times to keep you progressing across the programme
Workouts sent weekly online to your phone for easy access
Online app allows you to record your weights so you know what you used last time to remove guess work and time wasting.
Post workout feedback and the ability to track your workouts allows Coach Laura to keep you accountable and motivated.

Pricing:
6 week Introductory programme (2 sessions per week)
£15/month (2 months)
8 or 12 week (2 sessions per week)
£15/month (2 or 3 months)
8 or 12 week (3 sessions per week)
£20/month (2 or 3 months)
8 or 12 week (4 sessions per week)
£25/month (2 or 3 months)
